For the sake of not fucking over my chances of obtaining higher education, further entries will now be written with somewhat proper grammar and sentence structure and will probably be more pretentious for the sake of essay-writing-ness.

subject head: On homosexual affection and the boy next door

Lately, it seems as if the new “trendy” fad of the moment is to, simply put, act gay. Although our sexual preference has not in any way changed, it seems the “cool thing to do” is to pretend otherwise. We make specifically sexual references to people of the same sex in some new “oh look at me and how PC I can BE and how worldly I am and how open I am” sort of way as if being gay means being cool. Okay, let’s go with this. So you think she’s *hot* eh? Would you fuck her? Would you explicitly pursue her with the intention that one day you go to bed together? Probably not.

So what’s the deal here? I just don’t get it. Is it just the new fun thing to do? Do you want rewards for finding people of the same sex attractive and then actively mentioning it? As if you get extra points for extra sexual preference? What is with this new “poser homosexual” thing that’s suddenly started to afflict everyone. Of course, I am also part of this problem. Maybe it’s because I need someplace to outlet my affection and there’s nothing else except for Lily. Thus, she is the victim of my pent up feelings of cutesy-ness. So, as Lily says, maybe it’s time we got PETS or something…

I live next door to a boy who drives a red car and has clear facial skin. He has a boyish smile and is very tall. For the two years that he’s lived here, I’ve seen him only on weekends due to his college-ness. I think this is the first time that my life has ever fallen into the realm of the ABC primetime family sitcom. The boy next door is very cute and often makes me smile ridiculously wide. And of course, I don’t even know his name.

subject head: In which it's about ME ME ME ME and all the subjects start with "I"

I've gotten a haircut and jesse was the first one to see me sport it because he came in the hair-cutting place to get HIS haircut during mine. Lots of squinting ensued because I wasn't wearing my glasses.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow for no good reason and I miss that feeling. I think the year has gotten to the point where the immediate future is landmarked only by events of varying negativity. I can never look forward to next week or the weekend or anything anymore for no good reason because it just piles on and on a giant mountain of Ominous!Deadlines or Tests To Be Failed.

I want a cookie... one of those soft, chocolate-chipped ones that melt in your mouth and prove yummalicious with milk. But, mother is doing her "eat healthy" thing again so all we have is celery and cystal geyser. pity me! pity me!

I signed up for NaNoWriMo out of a "oh what the heck" mood that I had on sunday. And I've been reading the forums muchly. And I am still a lurker, I'm always a lurker. And will I finish? Noo... nooo...

I think it's time for a vacation when people start having conversations like this:

royalbluangel: there was an armed bank robbery today next to where i work. how exciting.
royalbluangel: the ppl got away though
royalbluangel: they get away every time
royalbluangel: kinda makes me want to rob the bank too
lavendERrhapsody: mm bank robbing
lavendERrhapsody: we'd get to wear black outfits
lavendERrhapsody: and say things like
lavendERrhapsody: "is the __ secure"
